20 Year Sustainable Forest Management Plan (2006 - 2026)
The Sustainable Forest Management Plan (2006-2026) was completed on June 1, 2006.
The 20 Year SFMP was developed with the most recent knowledge, models and expertise available, and was informed by new or ongoing direction in sustainable forest management across Canada. In addition, it was developed with extensive communication with stakeholders, scientists, researchers and many others, in order that the SFMP reflected our current knowledge and understanding of boreal forest ecosystems and their associated values for Forest Management License #3.
